Bright sunshine, snowy mountain peaks and an alpine panorama at its best? This Swiss Alps winter wedding has surpassed everything we have experienced so far.

Karin and Edin have really made a dream come true! A wedding full of superlatives in the middle of the Swiss mountains.

The getting ready of the two took place at the Hotel Grischa in Davos Platz, a beautiful hotel with a view of the Jakobshorn. The Hotel Grischa impresses with its very modern aesthetic decor and is the perfect place for a Swiss Alps winter wedding.

The Ceremony

Buses picked up their 120 guests and took them to one of the side valleys. Here in the outdoor area of the Walserhuus, a charming rustic mountain hotel in the middle of Sertigtal. In a very emotional free wedding ceremony held by friends, the two said yes to each other. A wedding ceremony on a frozen pond surrounded by a fabulous snowy backdrop. Certainly after the ceremony, a mulled wine reception was held, in keeping with the wintry atmosphere.

Party time at Fuxägufer

After the mulled wine and champagne reception, the guests went back to the Hotel Grischa to change into festive clothes. And yes, its was a party! Firstly all guest were warmly welcomed by an outstanding Dj up on a mountain top. This took place in the Fuxägufer, an event location in the middle of the Jakobshorn ski area. This location simply convinces with its fantastic location, the incredibly delicious cuisine and the incredible hospitality. Hospitality is written large here. Wishes are fulfilled!
