Karin and Edin really made a dream come true! A wedding right in the Swiss Alps. Just like that.
Getting the two of them ready took place in the Hotel Grischa in Davos Platz, a beautiful hotel with views of the Jakobshorn. The Hotel Grischa impresses with its modern, aesthetic decor and is the perfect place for a winter wedding in the Swiss Alps.
The ceremony
Buses picked up their 120 guests and brought them to one of the side valleys. Here in the outdoor area of the Walserhuus, a quaint mountain hotel in the middle of the Sertig Valley. The couple exchanged vows in a free ceremony, conducted by friends. A ceremony on a frozen pond, surrounded by a snowy landscape. Afterwards, there was mulled wine. It fits the winter theme.
Party time at Fuxägufer
After a reception with mulled wine and champagne, the guests returned to the Hotel Grischa to change into festive attire. And yes, it was a party! First, all guests were warmly welcomed by a great DJ on a mountaintop. The whole thing took place in Fuxägufer instead, at an event location in the middle of the Jakobshorn ski area. This location simply impresses with its fantastic setting and delicious cuisine. Hospitality is a top priority here. Wishes are granted! Winter wedding in the Swiss Alps. Simply WOW!
